Liverpool back in winning form

Liverpool kept up their Champions League challenge with a 3-0 win at Huddersfield and rolled back to winning courses in the Premier League.

First-half goals from Emre Can and Roberto Firmino, and Mohamed Salah’s 26^th goal of the season from the penalty spot, secured Jurgen Klopp’s side in control. This win sealed their sixth win in eight games in all competitions.

Back from injury, Liverpool’s captain Jordan Henderson, gave a show deserving of the armband, belying his five-week nonattendance. Every concession of ownership or trudging utilization of it was seen as an individual attack.
