Nicolas Otamendi sings new contract

Manchester City defender Nicolas Otamendi has marked an agreement augmentation, conferring him to the Premier League pioneers until 2022.

Otamendi, 29, has shown up for the club so far this season, including 22 starts. “What I like the most about City and Manchester is my life here,” he said. “I’m a family man, I jump at the chance to invest my energy at home with my family and with my more distant family when they visit. You get snared in by the city and I’m getting a charge out of it. This is an exceptionally excellent city.

“At the club, I’m truly making the most of my experience since the main day I arrived. I’m extremely cheerful to remain here a couple more years.”
