Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos will confront a spell on the sidelines in the wake of maintaining a lower leg muscle damage in warmup, the club declared on Friday.
Ramos, who was refreshed in Real’s 3-0 midweek win at Numancia in the Copa del Rey round-of-16 first leg, allegedly got hurt amid Thursday’s instructional course.
The 31-year-old fixate back had tests on Friday morning, after which Madrid discharged an announcement that stated: “After tests completed on Sergio Ramos by the Sanitas Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been determined to have solid damage in the soleus of his left leg. His recuperation will keep on being surveyed.”
Marca reports that the Spain captain could be out of activity for up to three weeks which would see him miss three La Liga diversions and one week from now’s Copa del Rey return leg against Numancia.
