According to the sun, Liverpool need to pay £40million plus £1 if they want to sign Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as Arsenal want to envoke memories of their ill-fated bid for Luis Suzrez.
The England winger is reported to have told Arsene Wenger he is keen to seek a fresh challenge having rejected Arsenal’s latest contract offer of £180,000-a-week.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has entered has also entered the final 12 months of his contract deal like Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez and Wenger must decide his sale or spark the bidding between Premier League arch rivals Liverpool and Chelsea or there is also a chance of 24-year leaving on free transfer next summer.
