Crystal Palace have sacked Frank de Boer after simply 77 days as coach, with Roy Hodgson set to replace him at Selhurst Park.
The Dutchman, who prospered Sam Allardyce in June, lost all 4 of his Premier Organization video games without racking up; the worst beginning of any top-flight club in 93 years.
Hodgson is set to sign a two-year contract as his follower and generate Ray Lewington, that collaborated with him for England, as his assistant.
But exactly what they will be entrusted with is unclear, after De Boer had been selected to spruce up Palace’s design of football as well as make them a lot more reliable in property; matching that of Ajax, with whom he won 4 Eredivisie titles.
“We would like to thank Frank for his dedication and hard work during his time at the club. A new manager will be appointed in due course and we wish Frank the very best of luck for the future.”
