Though the United’s boss need to convince the Manchester Board, Jose Mourinho is focused on brining Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez.
The Red Devils have already spent £140million so far this summer and there is room left in their budget for him. Mourinho remains firm to sign a fourth player this summer after failing on signing Ivan Perisic from Inter who have been priced out of a move.
The Leicester winger released a statement reveling his desire to leave the club and hasn’t changed his mind since then. The former PFA Player of the Year was seen in conversation with Paul Pogba throughout United’s 2-0 win against the Foxes on Saturday and that led to speculation the Algerian was wanted at Old Trafford.
According to French TV station SFR, Mourinhoaould like to add the 26-year-old to his squad though the United Board is yet to convince.
