Gemeiro may miss Madrid Derby

Atletico Madrid striker Kevin Gemeiro may miss Madrid Derby as Diego Siemone is feared to miss his key forward in crucial Madrid derby.

The 29 years old French may miss the important match due to tendinitis on his thigh. He has joined Nico Gaitan on missing training on Thursday.

The forward has not played for Atletico since mid-March and recieved another injury setback while on his international duty with France.

Beside Gemeiro and Gaitan; Tiago, Miguel Angel Moya, Sime Vrsaljko, and Augusto Fernandez are already certain to miss the Madrid derby.

Atletico Madrid come in form when they face Real Madrid, boosted with the victory against Real Sociedad.
