Willian extends contract with Chelsea

Brazilian international midfielder Willian is set to extend his contract with Chelsea for four more seasons. The new contract will keep last year’s Chelsea’s player of the season till 2020. Willian was also voted as a player’s player of the season.  This is also the first activity conducted by the new manager Conte after joining the club premises yesterday.

Talking with Chelseafc.com after contract extension Willian said,” “I’m very happy to sign a new contract with Chelsea, It’s a dream to continue with this club and over the next four years I will try to help the team win more trophies.”

He added,” It’s been an amazing time for me since I joined the club three years ago, I’ve won titles and last season I was named Chelsea Player of the Year.”
