A left-thigh hurt has kept the Bayern Munich midfielder out of the Copa America Cup, with the Orlando City man drafted into the Brasilian squad in his place

Kaka will supplant the hurt Douglas Costa in Brazil’s 23-man squad for the best in class Copa America Cup, it was proclaimed on Thursday.
