Paris Saint Germain defender Marquinhos could be on his way to England after huge interest from Manchester United towards the Brazilian defender. The youngster has failed to make his mark in the team and is often used as replacements and cover for the regular players. With age in his hand, the defender could pursue future elsewhere if the terms and conditions are all agreed upon by both player and the club.

Louis Van Gaal is keen to bolster his squad’s defensive options and is eager to add up Brazilian in the increasing contingent of South Americans in the Manchester United setup. Van Gaal signed Argentine duo Angel Di Maria and Marcos Rojo after his appointment as a manager and then brought Radamel Falcao on loan from AS Monaco. But Falcao and Di Maria have already left the club. The manager is also said to be interested in out of favor midfielder Adrien Rabiot, who has a year remaining in contract.
