Former Chelsea midfielder Kevin De Bruyne could be returning to Premier League after Manchester United look to have agreed transfer fee with the German Club. After rejecting Manchester City’s bid of £40millions and £47 millions in recent weeks, United are said to have come in with £52 million bid for the Belgian International. However, the personal terms is yet to be agreed but the agent’s word earlier in the transfer windows suggests it will be a tough ask. De Bruyne’s love for the club is too deep and he is happy here. “If he wants to leave, we cant stop but we hope he stays,” said the club president.

De Bruyne has been a star in the WOlfsburg team after leaving Chelsea last season. With 16 goals and over 20 assists, he was awarded German League’s player of the season as he helped his team to win German Super Cup and finish second behind Bayern in the league last season. He came from Genk in 2012 and played at Chelsea for a year.
