US International defender DeAndre Yedlin is on the verge of joining Norwich City on a season long loan as the defender looks to add up Premier League experience.
After Kieran Trippier was signed for 3.5 million pounds by Mauricio Pochettino, the Argentine is looking to loan out DeAndre Yedlin to fellow Premier League club Norwich City. Yedlin joined Tottenham on January after signing for Spurs last summer and has already debuted for the club in the Premier League and played both the post season games. But with Kyle Walker and Kieran Trippier vying for same spot, Yedlin is expected to move in order to gain first team experience in the Premier League.
There were also rumors about Yedlin returning to MLS but Pochettino has said that he wants Yedlin to gain Premier League experience as he has some plans for the US International defender. Yedlin is popular for his electric pace and the coaches have also hinted some possibility for the youngster to play in much advanced role.
