Manchester United Team News: Wayne Rooney and Memphis Depay to lead attack against Harry Kane inspired Tottenham Hotspur

Louis Van Gaal will field Wayne Rooney and Memphis Depay in the forward line when they face Manchester United in Premier League match up on Saturday.

As the premier league nears its return, there are dilemma over team selection among the managers. The first fixture of the premier league looks to be an exciting one as Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur aim to win maximum points from their first match. With top class signings this season, Louis Van Gaal is sure to have some selection problems. Memphis Depay, Matteo Darmina, Morgan Schniederlin, Bastian Schweisnteiger and Sergio Romero are all new to squad and most of them are expected to start in the match.

Wayne Rooney will partner up with Memphis Depay in the attack while former Saints’ player Morgan Schniederlin will partner with Michael Carrick in the midfield. David De Gea will start over Romero but Matteo Darmian is expected to play in the right back position. Bastian Schweinsteiger will start from the bench as he is not fully match fit.
