As Barcelona prepare to face AS Roma in an International friendly, Luis Enrique will be hoping to end the pre-season on better note.
In the four pre-season matches Barcelona played this season, they have managed to win just one. To add to the misery, the average number of goals conceded is two per game. This has been worrying for Barcelona who are without Neymar and Messi due to their international duty. But now both the players have returned to the squad and might feature from the start against AS Roma in friendly to be played in Wednesday.
Barcelona are set to play Sevilla in Spanish Super Cup and this could be a great chance to fit in the squad to start in that game. Both the new recruits Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan will not be available for selection as Barca is serving transfer ban. Roma will also field their top team as Serie A is set to resume from next weekend.
