Where next for Jurgen Klopp? A look at the potential teams around Europe

Jurgen Klopp has expressed his desire to leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of season. GiveMeGoal looks at the potential clubs Klopp might be heading to.

As Borussia Dortmund was like a home to Klopp, it is unlikely that he will handle any other clubs in the league. The only team better are Bayern and Klopp will never take charge of Bayern.

Premier League:

Manchester City – Manuel Pellegrini is under huge pressure after failing to mount a serious title challenge and could get the sack at the end of the season.

Manchester United – Louis Van Gaal has finally found the rhythm and will see out his contract.

Arsenal – Just another good season under Wenger for Arsenal and they will not leave Arsene for Klopp just yet.

Chelsea – Mourinho is lifting the Premier League and they will want to do better in Europe with Jose in charge next season as well.

Liverpool – Rodgers failed in Europe this season and is under immense pressure to replicate European spot which seems unlikely. Rodgers is touch to go and if he does, Klopp might make this move.

Spurs: Mauricio Pochettino will be given time as he had to deal with AVB’s signings this term. Levy will certainly not bat an eye on Klopp just now.

La Liga

Atletico Madrid- Diego Simeone has signed a new contract till 2020 meaning the club will have no interest in what Klopp does.

Real Madrid – Real Madrid have failed to win anything, Carlo Ancelotti will probably see himself out of Madrid hotseat and Perez will have his eyes on Klopp’s signature.

Barcelona -Luis Enrique was said to be on rift with the club in earlier part of the season but all those things have taken rest and Barca have sealed league title and can do treble with champions league and cup.

Ligue 1

PSG –  Laurent Blanc is on verge of winning third successive title and already won the French Cup. They are trailing against Barcelona in UCL but that won do any harm.

Marseille -In case Biesla chooses to leave the club, the club might make a move for Klopp.

Lyon – Lyon might want to have Klopp on their hotseat but the german will want bigger challenge.

Serie A

Juventus – Allegri is doing well with Juventus and there is no way Klopp will have any chance just yet. They have a chance to do the treble.

Roma – Garcia is lifting the team from the root and they might stick with the same plan.

Inter – Inter are rebuilding under Mancini and will give him time.

Milan – Inzaghi has been lined up to take the head role next season but you never know what Giallini is upto.

Napoli – With Rafa Benitez leaving the club at the end of the season, Napoli might be a possible destination for Klopp.
