Real Madrid close in on transfer of Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea

Real Madrid are set to make an audacious bid in attempt to sign Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea.

Former Atletico Madrid keeper David De Gea could be on his way to Real Madrid after the rumors about advanced talks between the clubs spread out on Spanish Press. The reports were later boosted when De Gea’s girlfriend smiled and denied to answer any type of  questions regarding De Gea and Real Madrid connections.

De Gea has been one of the best player for Manchester United this season and much has been credited to him for the success United have achieved this season. The spaniard was awarded Players’ Player of the Season and featured in PFA’s team of the season as well.

With 14 months remaining on the contract, United are demanding as much as 30 million pounds but Real Madrid are not prepared for such deal, instead they are asking to involve a Real Madrid player in the deal.
