Manuel Pellegrini has been called a ‘weak manager’ by Yaya Toure’s agent after he felt the Ivorian was used as a scapegoat.

Manchester City’s recent performances in Premier League has been below par and Manuel Pellegrini’s future is also under a huge doubt. According to Yaya Toure’s agent, the players are being used as a scapegoat by the manager and said that the Chilean is just a ‘weak manager’ and hit out at clubs’s Chief Executive Officer Ferran Soriano and director of football Txiki Begiristain.

Dimitri Seluk, agent of Ivorian International Yaya Toure said that the players are being used as cover for the problems in the backroom. He was quoted saying the people in backroom are making mistakes but the players are paying the price. He said that the executives are spending a lot of money on players who are not being used and the rift between manager and executives is taking the toll.
