French International midfielder Paul Pogba is set to miss a couple of months of action after pulling his hamstring in recent 3-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League pre-quarterfinal second leg match played in Germany. The midfielder pulled his muscles in the 27th minute and was substituted straight away as a precaution. But the tests later showed that the injury is severe than first feared and Pogba will not be able to play for few weeks.

Pogba has been an integral part of Juventus’ season this season and the club are standing comfortably at the top of the table in Italian Serie A. Juve are into the quarterfinals of UEFA Champions League as well but their aim of winning the treble went wrong as Fiorentina knocked them out of Coppa Italia. In case Juve go through to the next round, Pogba will not be able to feature.
