MMC reaches semifinal as Pune FC beat Abahani

Manang Marshyangdi Club booked a place in ongoing Kings’ Cup after Pune FC defeated Abahani Limited today.

Table Toppers Pune FC from India defeated Abahani Limited of Bangladesh by 2-0 to continue their unbeaten run in the tournament. This also meant Nepalese team Manang Marshyangdi Club now are assured of a place in the semifinals.

Manang  lost just one match, that coming against Pune FC in the opening game while Abahani won one, drew one and lost a couple. Manang accumulated seven points with Goal Difference of +4 goals while Abahani collected four points from as much matches and on negative goal difference of two. Pune FC won all the matches played.
