Chelsea will host the match against the Maribor to play their third match in the today’s clash of UEFA Champions League  2014/15 season.

Chelsea Football Club is hosting the match against the Maribor Football Club in the today’s fixture of ongoing UEFA Champions League. In this third  match of the group stage round, both teams will be looking for the win as both of them are undefeated in this group stage.

Chelsea and Maribor are grouped in the Group G along with Sporting CP and Schalke 04 where Chelsea are in the top of the group table with four points after the second round match. Maribor and FC Schalke 04 are in the second and third position respectively with equal two points and Sporting CP are in the bottom of the league table with only one point.

Chelsea will be playing without their four key players due to the injury problem and they are Rameires, Andre Shurrle, John Obi Mikel and Diego Costa. Chelsea might adopt 4-2-3-1 formation where Remy will be starting as a lone striker, Hazard, Oscar and Willian will be supporting him from the attacking mid position.

Meanwhile, Maribor have no any serious injury concerns and all of the main players are fit for the clash against the English side.
