NSC to Follow PAC Orders and Suspend Four ANFA Officials

Nepal Sports Council believe they have no other option than to follow Public Accounts order and suspend four ANFA officials, President Ganesh Thapa, general secretary Dhirendra Pradhan, vice President Lalit Krishna Shrestha and treasurer Birat Jung Shahi, according to annapurnapost.com.

“We have discussed about ANFA, FIFA and AFC’s rule, we know ANFA needs to follow FIFA’s rule but Nepal Sports council is compelled to follow PAC’s orders. ANFA will get an official letter by Monday or Tuesday.”, an anonymous source was quoted in AnnapurnaPost.com.

Public Accounts of Legislature has ordered suspension to four ANFA officials until the investigations is carried out regarding the financial irregularities on ANFA.
