Malta are going to invite Italy to play their third match in the today’s fixture of  UEFA Euro 2016 qualification.

Malta will be hosting the match against the Italy in the today’s interesting fixture of ongoing UEFA Euro 2016 qualification. Italy are boosted with the win in their both of the previous group stage fixtures while Malta are demoralized after the defeats in the both matches.

Italy defeated Norway 2-0 in their opening match in the group stage round while they thrashed Azerbaijan 2-1 in the second match. On the other side, Malta were 2-0 down against the Croatia in the opening match and they face 3-0 defeats against the Norway in the previous match.

Malta and Italy are grouped in a Group H along with Croatia, Norway, Bulgaria and Azerbaijan where Italy are in the top of the group table with six points and Croatia are following them in a second position with equal six points. Norway and Bulgaria are in the third and fourth position with equal three points meanwhile, Azerbaijan and Malta are in second last and bottom of the table respectively without any point.

Malta have not any injury concerns where Michael Mifsud will be playing in the attacking line along with Schembri in a 3-5-2 formation.

Italy will be visiting without Gabriel Paletta, Andrea Barzagli, Giuseppe Rossi, Riccardo Montolivo, Pablo Daniel Osvaldo and Thiago Motta. Simone Zaza and Mattia De Sciglio are also doubtful to start the match.
