ANFA President Departs for FIFA U20 World cup Meeting

All Nepal Football Association President and Asian Football Federation Vice President Ganesh Thapa departs for Zurich, Switzerland to participate in FIFA U20 organizer’s committee meeting.

Thapa, who is also the vice-president of the Asian Football Confederation, is a member of the FIFA U-20 World Cup organizing committee. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Sept. 22(The-ANFA.com).

The FIFA 2015 U20 world cup will be the twelfth edition of the tournament which is set to kick off at New Zealand where the top four team from the AFC u19 Championship will represent Asia, however Nepal has already been knocked off the qualifiers of the tournament.
