According to the official website of the All Nepal Football Association, Nepal will be playing an international friendly against Philippines on 31st October. The match is organized by the Qatar Football Association (QFA) and will be played in Doha.

On April 11th also Nepal played an international friendly match against the Philippines in Doha after QFA invited on that occasion too. Nepal lost the match 3-0 that time as Curt Dizon, Martin Markus and Ruben Doctra scored for an opponent.
According to ANFA the match will be the preparation for the upcoming SAFF championship.
Philippines stands in 134th position of the FIFA ranking while Nepal stands in the 163rd position.
