Western Union Women’s league from Bhadra 30

The All Nepal Football Association has revealed its schedule for Women’s league which is set to kick off from Bhadra 30 at Narayanghat, Chitwan.

The tournament which will be on a league-cum-knock out basis will host eight teams including three departmental and five regional sides. Nepal Police, Nepal Army and Nepal APF remain three departmental sides while Eastern, Central, Western, Mid Western and Far Western are five regional participants.

The tournament which concluded in Ashoj 8 will award the winning side with 2 lakhs while the runner-up bags 1 lakh.

The best players and the coaches will get Nrs 25000 each while the tournament will also be the base for selection for the team that will participate in the 2014 Women’s SAFF Championship in Pakistan.
