Bimal Gharti Magar will miss the match, which means national team defender Ananta Tamang will take the responsibility.

“I think we can win against Uzbekistan if we played as we did in Korea”, Tamang praised their own performance in Korea.

“We had very good preparation for the tournament, We will win the game if we work hard in the field. At least we will get a point in the match”, he answered when asked about the team’s expectation with the match.

“I will not feel any kind of pressure as a captain. Its easy, because when you enter the field you forget everything and just play for victory.”, he continued.

The central defender who made his debut with the senior side in Bahrain in a friendly match with a local club said that the team will miss Bimal Gharti Magar. “When Bimal get chances, the team is sure that he utilizes 90% of those. We will miss him in the match, but we have strikers capable to complete his void.”, Ananta said about Bimal’s absence.
