Nepal defeat Bangladesh U23 in second friendly as Sushil KC scores the only goal of the match in a jam packed stadium in Sylhet.

After a 1-0 defeat in the first match, Nepal bounce back to register a 1-0 victory in a match played under pressure of thousand of fans covering the stadium only inches away from the touch line. The match started one hour late of the scheduled time as the Bangladesh fans invaded the field.

The victory had additional taste as this was first ever international football match played at Sylheti, and Nepal remained the first winner in the stadium.

Sushil KC, NMB Bank Machhindra FC man remained the only goal scorer as he netted a ball sent in from Rabin Shrestha in 79th minute.

The friendly match is the preparation for upcoming Asian Games where Nepal will take on Iraq in the opening match at Korea.
