Saraswoti Club sends clarification letter to ANFA, asks ban to be uplifted.

Saraswoti Club’s board meeting today decided on sending a clarification letter to ANFA about their ban in Football activites for a year.

Saraswoti Club, along with three other ‘A’ Division clubs were handed a year ban by ANFA few days ago. Saraswoti Club today held a board meeting with Secretary leading the board meeting and asked ANFA to uplift their ban saying that the rumors of them being involved in other groups is not a truth.  The decision that has been circulating around in news is sole view of the President but not the club said the board.

The president’s personal view does not represent the decision of the club, and we would like to say ANFA that we are not involved with any types of groups and would like to be included in all the ANFA activites in days to follow, said the Press Release. Secretary Bhuwan Parajuli led the board meeting along with Assistant Secreatry Nabin Parajuli and Treasurer Raju Dahal. President Shixit Parajuli and VIce-President Uttam Bhandari were not present in the meeting.
