ANFA Vice President and Yeti Himalayan Sherpa Club Preisdent Karma Tshering Sherpa continue his allegation over ANFA President Ganesh Thapa as the two side face clarification test at Public Accounts Committee of Constituent Assembly.
Speaking in the committee of Public Accounts, Sherpa says the audit report has no record of the money granted from the Goal Project by FIFA since 2001.
“There is no record of the money granted by FIFA in the goal project since 2001. Beside the 18 lakhs USD, there are many other investments from Nepal government, Butwal municipality, Dharan municipality, etc. Those should also be revised and investigated.”, Sherpa expressed on his statement.
Beside, Sherpa also requested to investigate on the amount Qatar FA has granted ANFA to regulate the league in Nepal. As per Sherpa, only 2 lakhs of 8 lakhs has been accounted and remaining amount remains ambiguous.
