South Korean coach Ki Hong Yo, who guided the national team in the 1998 Asian Games, revealed on Monday that the local club, with which he is associated, has expressed desire to hire five Nepali players. 

“Youth players put up a remarkable performance here. The level of the game has definitely risen. If diet, facilities and training procedures can be improved, this team can definitely win big matches,” said Yo. 

“My club has shown interest to hire five players from this team. If it can be realized, it would be a great opportunity for these young players.”

The U16 national team that played three friendly matches in Korea came home without a defeat with two draws and one victories.
