Sirius School, Rupumardini Sainik, Nandi Ma Vi and Namuna School registered a win in their respective matches in the ongoing District Level Coca Cola Cup 2071.
Sirius Higher Secondary School registered a 1-0 victory over Birat Boarding School in the first match played today at Sanogaucharan Football Ground, Kathmandu to make the hope alive for the final round. Diwas Shrestha scored a match winning goal for the Sirus in the 21st minute of the game.
In the second match of the day, Ripumardini Sainik School hammered Zenith Academy 8-0. Pradip Bogati scored five goals while Dhirendra Kunwar, Amar Jung Gurung and Sishir Thapa scored each for the winning side. Nandi Ma Vi defeated Kanchanjunga School 2-0 in the third match of the day. Rajan Maharjan and Adhikar Tamang scored a piece for the Nandi.
In the last match of the day, Namuna English School outclassed Diamond School 3-2 where Ashish Shrestha, Ramnesh Limbu and Rabin Rahut scored each for winning side while Tikaraj Rai and Mitralal Shrestha scored a each consolation goal for the Diamond School.
