The investigative journalism along with supportive documents claimed that ANFA President Ganesh Thapa was paid a total of £115,000 from two separate Kemcho accounts in Marcha and August 2010.
Meanwhile Bangladesh received $25000 in November 2010, Pakistan received $15000, while Afghanistan received $45000.
Earlier Mr Thapa was alleged of corruption for a sum of $100,000 which he later clarified being a personal loan transaction.
This did not seem to matter at the time of the bidding as nobody expected to Qatar to win. Since then, the decision has proved so controversial that Fifa hired former US attorney Michael Garcia to investigate both the 2022 vote and the 2018 vote in which Russia beat England. Mr Garcia will complete his report tomorrow, although it will not be submitted to Fifa until next month, The Independent Sunday reports.
