Bimal Gharti Magar, who had a short stint with Belgian Club Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht (RSCA) has been called back for a longer stay and will leave for Europe on 20th of July.

Talking exclusively to GiveMeGoal.com, the forward said, “It was decided a few days ago and i am very happy that the decision has come on the brighter side. I am hopeful that this will open the door for other more talents to get a chance to play in higher leagues or in Europe”.

Rene Koster, the former Bangladesh Head coach also confirmed the news with GiveMeGoal.com regarding the call up. Rene was the core of the move as he has been a part of Bimal’s development too. Bimal will stay for a year with the further option of increasing the stay.

e. He is the youngest Nepalese player playing in the foreign country as well and the first one to represent top flight club. He will leave for Belgium on 20th of July.

Bimal had a successful stay in Belgium with appearance in three tournaments. Before this, he went to FC Twente but had to return empty handed. His performance in both the clubs was excellent with goals in both clubs he played for. The news comes after he was awarded Youth Player of The Year last week. He was praised by the President of the country and he promised he has a lot to offer for the country.

He is currently preparing for the AFC U-16 Championship to be held in Thailand later this year with his team at the moment. The top-four teams in this competition will get a chance to play in FIFA U-17 World Cup to be held on 2015. Nepal is pitted in Group D along with North Korea, Kuwait and Uzbekistan for the tournament. The tournament will be hosted in Thailand from September 6 to September 20 later this year.
