Nepal will visit Qatar to play an International Friendly Match in 11th April.
According to ANFA Vice President, Spokesperson and National Team Manager Lalit Krishna Shrestha, Nepal will play a friendly match against Al-Ahli club on 11th April. 2014.
The team received an invitation from Al-Ahli sports Club and Nepalese community in Doha to play matches in Qatar. Till now, first match against Al-Ahli has been fixed on 11th of April.
The further news on remaining fixtures is yet to be finalized.
According to some Philippines media it is believed that Nepal will also play an international friendly match against Philippines who are making their team ready for the upcoming Asia Cup.
Al Ahli Sports Club was established in 1950 AD and are 2 time Asian Cup Winners Cup holders after winning them on 1993 and 1999. They were promoted from Second division to the Qatari Stars League (First division football in Qatar) after finishing 1st in the 2012/13 season.
