Friends Club Unhappy with Referee Decision

NIBL Friends club coach Meghraj KC piled up his frustration over the referee as he claims the refree’s standard in the level is not good enough.

“I am unhappy with the referees in Nepal’s league, we were penalized unnecessarily”, Meghraj KC spoke in front of reporters in a post match conference.

“The referee saw the decision going the other way and they blew the whistle against us even when two Three Star Club players collided. When Peter was brought down and we should have got the penalty, the referee blew against us.”, he added.

“We will file a protest against the decisions and present the protest letter”, former Three Star Club coach claimed.

“If this is the standard, it will be other clubs following NRT’s way as they will be compelled to leave the game”, KC warned.

“It was not only today, the decisions were not good even in the Police club match because of which we missed our key players for suspension”, coach Meghraj KC continued to complain about the referee.

Srawan Lama took the charge of today’s NIBL Friends Club vs Laxmo Bank Three Star Club match.
