Bishal Rai’s Late Goal Gifts Machhindra Full Points

Bishal Rai ‘A’ had the final say as he scored brilliant late goal to steal points with RCT.

Machhindra took the lead in the game as Deepak Rai scored in 29^th minute of the game to take his team ahead in the first half.

RCT’s first attack came from Yugol Kishor Rai who collected Komal Khawas’s ball but his shot was placed directly in Dinesh Thapa Magar’s hand.

Machhindra possessed more attack than RCT in comparison. Karna Limbu’s 23^rd minute cross was missed by Deepak Rai while compensating his previous mistake as he scored minutes later the miss. Deepak Rai utilized Bishal Rai B’s corner kick to put Machhindra ahead.

The goal did not stop Machhindra’s attack as Bishal Rai A’s shot was victim of Prem Tamang’s brilliancy. Tamang dived to his right to deny Rai’s attempt on goal.

RCT replied attack with a counter where Amar Dangol’s shot was well punched by Dinesh Thapa Magar.

Second half started with Yugol Kishor’s miss opportunity as he could not collect long ball. Karna Limbu failed to capitalize another chance for Machhindra as RCT defense looked active to clear the ball. Minute later, Karna Limbu made an ambitious left footed volley which went way over the left bar.

Yugol Kishor Rai wasted another opportunity for RCT as he failed to make proper ball control in opponent’s box.

The series of attack continued as Karna Limbu made another brilliant run in the box but the climax remained unexpected.

RCT rescued a shock in 62^nd minute as Krishnu Kunwar was near to scoring an own goal as his saving effort went inches close to his own post.

Dinesh Thapa Magar proved his brilliance once again as he saved Amar Dangol’s half volley which was right on target.

RCT got an equalizer when Yugol Kishor Rai’s cross found Amar Dangol who was left unmarked in opponent’s box. Amar Dangol headed the ball in second bar to find back the equalizer in 77 minute.

The game was headed towards tie until Bishal Rai A scored just three minutes before the regulation time which gifted Machhindra all available points.
