Messi’s double in the first half could level the aggregate score as Nou Camp’s roar proved worthy. Second goal came in the 40th minute which saw Barcelona 2 goals ahead in home and leveled on aggregate.

Milan, however did not give up early as they tried to fight back for goal, still lacked the finishing. One goal could have  favored Milan on away goals rules but Jordi Alba made a finish before the final whistle which ended Milan’s enthusiasm to find that away goal.
