Machindra Finds Superb Comeback

Machindra FC comes from behind to snatch three crucial points from New Road Team as they make Knock our door open.

Machindra FC finds a win after they comeback when Dipak rai scores one and helps in the second goal for Machindra. This makes them alive in the tournament but the real test is yet to come when they will play physically strong Army in their next clash.

NRT got behind in the game which makes them out of the competition. They were unable to keep the lead they achieved in the 20th minute of the game when Sushil Kc found a deflected ball from the keeper to score in the open post. Sushil KC found the name in the goal after hard work from Dipen Rai who beat two defender and found a shot which got deflected in KC’s leg.

NRT should have defended the game in the second half instead they showed defensive lag. Machindra strikers were finding it easy to take the ball to NRT’s box and find some shots still they did not find the goal until Dipak Rai scored from a direct free kick in the 52nd minute. They did not stopped attacking and they dramatically managed to take the lead in the injury time which confirmed their three points.  Karna Limbu found the net on an open post after Dipak Rai’s attempted chip kissed the crossbar.

Machindra now have a do or die game against Army while NRT already out of the tournament will play their last game against MMC who already registered their name at the final 8.
