Kakuta wants to leave Chelsea
French U-21 International Geal Kakuta wants to leave Champions league winner Chelsea in search of the regular football.
Since joining Chelsea in 2007 Geal Kakuta has been featured for a senior squad only 16 times and has been loaned to Fulham, Bolton and Dijon recently. His chances in the pitch seems to be limited this term too after the signing of Hazard and Marin in the same position by the Blue submarines.
Talking with the French media L’Equipe Kakuta told.” My decision is final. This is an important time in my career. It’s better for me to leave the club and find one where I could play more matches. I need to play.”
Kakuta has been linked with three top French team including Marseille who are searching for replacement for Andre Ayew who could leave the club. Talking about the link with French clubs he told.” In hindsight, I think the Ligue 1 will do me good. Marseille are one that I like. In France, Marseille is up there with Lille and Lyon, two of three clubs that I’m interested in most. I’m not worried about Marseille. With the players they have, the club is not finished. In the coming months, the club will start to shine.”
