Doni Gets Direct Red Card
Liverpool’s second choice keeper Doni is shown a direct red card on the game against Blackburn Rovers and he is sent off.
As a result of 3 games suspension of Pepe Reina after being shown a red card against The Newcastle United, Liverpool’s second chance keeper Doni was given a chance.
On the second game of suspension of Reina, the second choice keeper Doni has been shown a red card on the 25′ when he brought Junior Hoilett down on the penalty box. As a result, Liverpool’s third choice keeper Bradley Jones was brought in who saved Yakubu’s penalty.
Doni’s direct red card has ended up his chance to feature on the FA cup semi Finals.
